Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting below, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Superior Pools. These messages may include appointment reminders, project and order updates, quote follow-ups, promotional offers, and other communications related to our pool installation and supply services. This is a draft policy provided for review and should be confirmed with legal counsel before launch.
Consent
By checking the SMS consent box on our forms and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Superior Pools at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time.
